How this catalog works
- Search is AND. Every term must match (title / ticker / bank / type / theme). Add companies with the chip picker; the date pills or a custom from/to range narrow further.
- Scope tabs slice by lane (corpus lanes, System outputs, workbooks). Coverage flips to the lane-by-ticker matrix - gaps shows only names missing a core lane; any chip jumps back into the filtered catalog.
- Three toggles hide noise by default: quar (quarantined _Reference / _Derived), routine (8-K/6-K exhibit tails), versions (superseded _vN copies). deep lights up when the local markets server is running - it searches full document BODIES, not just headers.
- Click a row for the drawer: full metadata, regulator source links, cites / cited-by, and the per-name coverage card. This page is a read-only index - nothing here writes anything.
